What is the Market?

Real estate consultancy Jones Lang Lasalle has forecast that Bucharest is expecting the highest output growth over the mid-term ever registered in E-REGI (European Regional Economic Growth Index) history. "E-REGI identifies cities across Europe where demand for real estate is likely to be strongest in the medium term. E-REGI complements more qualitative approaches and is a valuable tool when combined with detailed real estate knowledge, notably on the supply side" .

Bucharest is witnessing the birth of a mega American-style suburbia unprecedented in Europe.  Experts predict that Bucharest will expand in all directions but particularly through the north, through and past Balotesti until touching the distant city of Ploiesti .
Much of the growing middle class in Romania is found in Bucharest. Bucharest has an economy far developed over most of the rest of Romania causing it's population to continue to increase dramatically. The growth is so explosive that the Census can not even predict within accuracy of one million people what the actual population is.
